Spectacular views of the Pyrenees as we start the second day up to the pass from France into Spain
Leaving Orisson Auberge..
Stopping to stretch - awestruck by the endless rolling hills of the Pyrenees
Stone cairns along the way, many with messages on the stones or even photos
Really cold wind sometimes gusting up to 50 km/h..glad of my buff fleece and windbreaker...
And then the mist...
Spring Water fountain along the way.. Delicious cold clean water..
At the top at last... A 4hour climb in the wind , rain and mist...
Walking through beech woods...fairyland...
The pilgrims mass at the monastery- beautiful chants by the monks...
